Adding a new phone number

Prerequisites

On the top bar, click System Options > System Settings.
In the System Settings dialog box, click Phone Numbers.
In the Phone Numbers panel:
1. Click Add.
2. Click the untitled item and rename the item.
3. Enter a valid phone number.
The phone number can be an extension number, a PSTN number, or a mobile number.
Click OK.
The system saves the new phone in the phone list.
